This is the second time I have brought my truck into RMS with a problem. My brakes were squealing and I assumed I needed new pads and shoes and maybe drum work. After a few hours, Neil called me back to say that the back brakes were actually out of alignment and didn't need to be replaced yet. The honesty and integrity this business holds themselves to is rare these days. THANK YOU

I brought my car in with a problem I had (incorrectly) diagnosed. The guys at RMS couldn't recreate the problem and said they weren't going to fix anything that wasn;t broken. A bad mechanic could easily taken advantage of that. The professionalism and integrity this comany showed will keep my business as long as they are open.

I have been doing business with RMS for several years. With this last visit they could have put the screws to me, but they didn't. I asked to have my alternator checked because another mechanic / company told me I needed to replace the alternator secondary to the battery going dead. RMS tested the alternator and told me it did not need to be replaced.

Always have great service at RMS. Done on time exactly as quoted. I am a regular so I might be biased. I will be back next week if I have time
