WORK AT RMS HAS ALWAYS BEEN ABOVE STANDARD AND I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN EXTREMELY HAPPY THAT THIS PLACE IS AVAILABLE TO ME, EVEN THOUGH THE DRIVE IS BEYOND COMFORT FOR ME. WHEN I AM TOLD WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY CAR AND WHEN IT IS REPAIRED, I CAN REST ASSURED THE JOB IS WELL DONE AND I WON'T BE BACK TO RE-DO SOMETHING THAT WAS OVERLOOKED THE FIRST TIME. SURE HOPE I DON'T HAVE TO SEE YOU PEOPLE SOON BUT IF I MUST, THIS IS WERE I WILL COME.

I had my Trailblazer brought into RMS because it wouldn't start. It also needed some body work and regular maintenance. Jeff provided a cost estimate and estimated time for pick-up...both were accurate.

I've been working with RMS for more than 5 years and have always been pleased with their work and customer service. They often go above and beyond on the work that needs to be done, and their mechanics are top notch. They are respectful and honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. I will miss having their services in my new neighborhood.

This is the second time I've used RMS as recommended by a long time customer. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of the work and the price. Always friendly and they get the job done when promised. As a single mom with one car this is very important. Five plus stars!

Everyone makes mistakes, and every company does as well. There are essentially 4 avenues one can take when a mistake is discovered: 1-deny responsibility; 2-blame someone else; 3-deny that there is even a mistake; or 4-admist responsibility and get to work on fixing the mistake. The measure of a person or an institution is how they handle it once the mistake is revealed. RMS made a mistake, they didn't adequately do a quality check upon repairing my engine. It was leaking coolant, and thus the one thing that was working correctly on my vehicle before I took it in to RMS was, now, not working. I didn't even make it out of the parking lot. RMS didn't not try to deny or deflect responsibility. It took 3 trips to their shop over the course of 8 days, but it seems that all the leaks are now plugged. All of the leaks had to do with their repairs. How do I know that? RMS told me so. That is another indication of how they measure up to what I expect from a person or a company. They told me flat out that they when they took apart my engine, an 'o' ring that leads to the compressor got rotated and thus the seal integrity was compromised. They didn't try to hide that fact. And, I am happy to report that I not only received stellar service, but it was friendly and honest.

I didn't think there was much chance of having my truck serviced on a Saturday, but when I called, they immediately told me that there was. They analyzed it quickly and gave me an estimate within about an hour. The truck was ready just a few hours after that. I may have just been lucky, but it seemed like their normal way of doing business. Thank you!
