The work was done very, I was kept updated on the progress and the end price matched the estimate.
Jeff is always professional. I told him what needed to be done, he confirmed and provided pricey. Not always the cheapest, but things get done, and usually no reason to go back for redos.
RMS has always been very profesional and yet personable. I feel confident that they have maintained my vehicle well enough that I will not be left stranded on the side of the road, and that's important to a little old lady! :)
