They took great care of me when I went in to get a slow leak in my tire fixed

RMS really took good care of me, despite the fact that it took quite a while to get my car to stop overheating. And then the interior heat system was blowing cold air. Neal said that that wasn't going to do with the 30-degree weather blowing in soon. RMS supplied a rent car for the last 2 days, let me use a 10% off coupon that had expired a few days before, got me a free new radiator under warranty, supplied a free new thermostat and bleeder -- all for the same price that they had originally quoted me for new coolant fans. I've been going to RMS for everything for the past 20 years, and I feel that they realized that I'm a loyal customer and treated me like a queen. They are a fine, upstanding outfit that you can trust.

These guys were great. I hit a curb and bent the dust cover on my router. I drove there thinking I had a much worse problem but Chris Yarger came out, told me what it was and said he fix it for free. Took like 20 minutes. Highly recommend this place.

I've found my new shop! RMS was quick, to the point, and no BS for a simple service I needed - and I totally gave them the opportunity to sell me some brake service I didn't actually end up needing! their answer was "your brakes look good! Bring it in later on down the road and we'll do them for you." Can't beat that. Bringing my car back soon for some other things I've been putting off.
