New to town and looking to find a reliable garage. Pulled in to RMS because it was near my office. They fixed the problem promptly while I waited. When I walked in to pay, the manager told me there was no cost for the part or labor. I was blown away! So few people do business like this. I will definitely be a long term customer and will absolutely recommend them to anyone I know in the area. Simple gestures of kindness still go a long way. So impressed.

I was recently plagued with a slow leak in one of my tires. After receiving a circular from RMS Auto Care, I decided to take my car in. I went at 5 PM on a weekday, and within 7 minutes of my arrival, the leak (caused by an errant nail) was plugged. Total cost? Free; I didn't even have to listen to a sales pitch about condo timeshares. The staff were friendly, quick, and professional. EDIT 2016-09-19: Two plugged leaks later, and I continue to be delighted by the service here. And shocked by the number of nails around in Houston. EDIT 2020-08-25: I've lost count of the leaks RMS has plugged for me. I've been happy to go to RMS for oil changes and, most recently, a touch of collision repair. The initial time estimate I got for my collision repair turned out to be a touch optimistic, but so far I'm happy with the work and my car came back looking good as new (and cleaner than it's been in years...). I particularly appreciate the steps that RMS has taken to accommodate customers through covid, particularly the option of car pickup & drop off.

Service here was excellent. I brought my Mercedes in because there was some metallic sounding clickety clanking when I turned to the right. I was so scared it was gonna be a very pricey services. I took it in around 1 and by the end of the day, they called me and told me they found my tire sensor rolling around. It only cost me $30. I was so happy they were honest, they could have easily tricked me out of $1000. I definitely will be coming back if I need anything done on my car. Everyone was very friendly and I even asked about my cars air conditioner fan that is blowing slowly. The man at the front desk helped me figure out what the issue was. I have asked 3 different mechanics and they would not even give me answer for under $60bucks. So I will bring my car here from now on period.

I had a tire pressure light come on and drove into RMS. They looked at it right away and fixed it. Fabulous service!
