Dropped off my car at RMS because it needed serious maintenance. Byfar the best service I've ever had and they fixed EVERYTHING! Keep it up, guys! I'll be recommending this place to everyone.

I really needed my car serviced. My tires needed to be inspected, rotated and my oil change was past due. My car was a mess but I was treated with the utmost respect. I explained that I had financial limitations and they passed my expectations by working with me and going above and beyond. I was also given a ride back to my office which was complementary. RMS will be my mechanic for all my auto needs.

This auto shop is fast, reliable, thorough, & honest (&explains things to me in layman's terms!). I feel that what I paid for services performed was more than fair. I would recommend RMS to anyone.

I have been going to RMS for the past three years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.My first experiences there cemented my relationship with all of the members of the team. Sure, I got great service, but it was also readily apparent that their intent wasn't just to fix my car once, but to be my car doctor - a long lasting relationship where they know me and my driving habits as well as the specific quirks of my vehicle. That dedication to a long-lasting relationship is what has kept me coming back.When I needed new tires, Jeff's first question was, how do you drive? We settled on some mid-range tires, since I drive long distances periodically (ruling out cheap tires), but my car is not worth the investment of high-end tires, since the difference they would make with such an old car wouldn't get me much more incremental performance.After I got my tires replaced, I noticed an odd (and extremely concerning) ticking noise form the driver's side front tire. I brought the car back in, and was fairly grumpy about it. After an hour, Jeff gave me a call to come on back to pick up the car. When I go there he asked me about the qualities of the noise again, and I of course made a moron out of myself my trying to imitate the noise. Then Jeff says - was it this? Hands me a stick.Then he asks me to drive the car around the lot to verify the noise is gone. Sure enough, it was a stick in the wheel. Feeling kind of dumb, I ask how much do I owe him. For a stick? he asks. Nothing, go home man, you're fine.Every time I leave my car there, somebody from the team calls me on my cell to authorize each step of the process. They talk me through the why's and wherefore's of each piece of work they're going to do before they do it. They've even talked me through the pro's and con's of continuing to invest in maintaining this car vs junking it and getting a newer used one - a question that comes up more often as time goes on.Also, interestingly, the leadership team at RMS is extremely responsive to feedback. They're really keen on making sure they're the best lot out there, so they take feedback really seriously.

I've brought my car to RMS for years for everything from maintenance to major repairs. They've been consistent and reliable and so I am always very comfortable leaving it with them.

Our vehicle had several issues that we know would be expensive to repair. However, Jeff gave us personal attention to discuss the problems and suggest cost-effective alternatives that met our needs. We felt very good about the experience and highly recommend RMS!
