I could kick myself for not using RMS is the distant past. I have disaster stories from some other repair places in town, but since using the services of RMS, I have always gotten a good deal and have been satisfied. they are friendly and will explain the problem and what is needed, along with options. I have never had a problem with the repairs . Being able to make an appointment on their website is great, as is their reminders to me of service needed.

Had 'check engine' light anxiety....RMS diagnosed and cleared the problem quickly, got me back on the road in very short order. Thanks, guys !

Jeff has a great persona, I liked he listened to what I had tried, his own preliminary check, his speculation of what it was. Then he called in just 2 hours later with the answer. Good and fast. Not really cheap but you can never get all three'

service great . price for service medium to high. shuttle driver make me listen to loud jazz music which i did not like.
