As usual, RMS has been great! Some time back they told me I needed a couple routine things done and I said I'd get back to them after my trip and promptly forgot. They sent me a reminder, set up an appointment and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

I greatly appreciate Neal at RMS for his support. My 8-year-old car had been stalling while driving. Rather than go with a more expensive alternative, Neal recommended cleaning the injectors and throttle body. I asked for some additional maintenance work be done in addition. But the car was ready for me the same day...WITH a guarantee that if the stalling recurred, bring it back at no additional charge. So far, the repair has worked perfectly. I am very happy. I highly recommend RMS.

I was erroneously charged for diagnostic testing after I had previously had car repairs done at RMS, the time frame was two weeks to be exact. Well Harrison the manager got word of the error. He personally called me. He apologized for how the manner was handled. He did explain that the employee that charged me for the service that I should not have been charged for was a new employee and wasn’t informed that’s not how you handle things. With honesty and integrity Harrison refunded the charge to me. His attitude and the steps he took after to explain what was going on with my car will keep me coming back. Thank you Mr. Harrison for your integrity!

Busy Saturday, looking for someplace to fix a slow leak in my tire. Two other businesses gave me timelines ranging from 3 hours to the weekend, but RMS got me in right away and plugged the tire within the hour!

RMS really took good care of me, despite the fact that it took quite a while to get my car to stop overheating. And then the interior heat system was blowing cold air. Neal said that that wasn't going to do with the 30-degree weather blowing in soon. RMS supplied a rent car for the last 2 days, let me use a 10% off coupon that had expired a few days before, got me a free new radiator under warranty, supplied a free new thermostat and bleeder -- all for the same price that they had originally quoted me for new coolant fans. I've been going to RMS for everything for the past 20 years, and I feel that they realized that I'm a loyal customer and treated me like a queen. They are a fine, upstanding outfit that you can trust.

These guys were great. I hit a curb and bent the dust cover on my router. I drove there thinking I had a much worse problem but Chris Yarger came out, told me what it was and said he fix it for free. Took like 20 minutes. Highly recommend this place.
