RMS was recommended to me by my girlfriend who has received great service from them in the past. I had been going to the same mechanic for the past decade and felt it was time for a change. After delaying the maintenance for 6 months because of Covid I decided to go ahead and get it done as everything slowly opens up. Chris handled my car well from the moment I dropped off my keys to when I picked them back up. A couple hours (2-2.5) after dropping off my car RMS completed the 40pt inspection and provided (via email and sms) a very detailed quote for all the work that would be needed. The quote itself was color coded by urgency of repair with a breakdown of cost of parts and cost of labor. Shortly after receiving the quote Chris called me to go over it and discuss which repairs I would like to pursue at this time. You can also select the work you'd like done from the emailed quote if you prefer. After selecting the work to be done, I was provided an email confirmation with the total scope of work and final price. Chris provided an accurate expectation for when the work would be complete and I could pick up my vehicle. Overall I was very pleased with the work done and cost of the repairs (they came in considerably cheaper than my old mechanic). The level of professionalism was reassuring and the pricing was reasonable. I will definitely be going back to them to service my vehicle in future.

This has been one of the greatest car repair experiences I've ever had. My car went totally dead while driving, and I had to have it towed. I went straight to yelp to find a place to have it towed to for repairs. I immediately noticed the great reviews about RMS Autocare, and I gave them a call. From the 1st call to picking up my now perfectly functioning car, I will not hesitate to come back here.
